Dispute Resolution Policy
- Informal Resolution
- If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our service, please contact our customer support team first.
- We will work with you to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.
- Mediation
- If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may request mediation.
- The costs of mediation will be shared equally between Voyceintel and the customer.
- The mediation process shall be confidential, and the outcome shall be non-binding unless an agreement is reached and signed by both parties.
- Arbitration
- If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.
- Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, subject to the provisions of Arizona state law.
- Arbitration Agreement
- This Dispute Resolution Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Voyceintel services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
- Governing Law
- This Dispute Resolution Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Voyceintel services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
- Limitation on Claims
- Any claim or dispute must be filed within one year after such claim or dispute arose, or it will be permanently barred.
- Exceptions to Arbitration
- Disputes related to Voyceintel's intellectual property rights or allegations of unauthorized use may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- Changes to Dispute Resolution Policy
- Voyceintel may modify this Dispute Resolution Policy as needed, and changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our platform or providing notice to users.
